FAQ

Frequently asked

Is this app safe?
Yes. Greenbooks LMS is the official mobile companion for our learning management system. The APK is hosted on our own server (lms2.docuventa.com) โ€” no third-party stores involved. Android's "unknown source" warning is standard for any APK installed outside the Play Store.
Will it work on iPhone?
Currently the app is Android-only. iPhone users can use the Greenbooks LMS website at lms2.docuventa.com directly from Safari โ€” it works on mobile just like the app.
How do I update the app later?
When a new version is released, you'll see a notification inside the app. Tap it to download the updated APK from this same page. Your account data is preserved between updates.
Does the app work offline?
You need an internet connection to log in and sync your progress. Once a quiz is loaded, you can complete it offline โ€” answers will sync when you're back online.
I don't have login credentials.
Reach out to your Greenbooks coordinator to get enrolled. Once your account is created, you'll receive a username and password.
